I have been remiss in updating this blog for most of the summer. Here are a collection of images, most recent first.

It gets harder and harder to fit us all in the frame.

We went to the Nature Center one last time, before they closed down the butterfly exhibit for the year. We were saddened to learn that the cougar had died, but we got to see a Barred Owl up close and personal. Allie/Bob Cat.

Allie turned one in July. He celebrated by eating his cake like a dog. The big gift was a bird feeder installed just outside the dining room window. Within two days we had a dozen different types of birds dining with us.

Hey Brothers,
Yesterday was a sweet family day, a perfect spring Sunday. We got a new hammock, a luxury item really, but it takes the place of Mother's and Father's Day gifts this year. You can see why.

I just added a video and blog post at papershine about Abe's new masterpiece, a Roller Painting he made with Kristin.

Abe was helping me clean off my stonework tools in the driveway. We brought Allie along. I put him in the laundry basket to discourage him from eating the gravel. Check the styling threads. Colorful.
